This wine has an aroma typical of the Viognier varietal with notes of orange blossom and honeysuckle. There is a dense mouth-feel relative to any white wine. It shows a perfect balance between fruit, tannins and acidity and presents the unimpeded fruit flavor of the Viognier grape with a lingering finish. The winemaker felt that no oak was needed to shape the flavor of this wine.
